LeBron James and Rashard Lewis Rumors

World may never know whether or not Rashard Lewis had sex with LeBron James' girlfriend, hint: it's an internet rumor!, but with any luck we'll forget all that tomorrow. Yes, we are completely delusional. But how could you not be a bit feverish after that Game 5?! Even Jeff Van Gundy said it was one of the best Finals games he's ever seen, and he almost NEVER makes ridiculous comments during a broadcast. We'll happily ignore the time he called for a change to the court dimensions because a player stepped out of bounds while attempting a three-point shot. Back to business: Rashard Lewis may be trending on Twitter, but LeBron James still threw up a triple-double in the Heat's 112-103 loss. Hmmm. Our crack team of SportsOlogy sleuths are furiously working 26-hour days in an effort to ascertain the nature of Lewis' relationship with LeBron James' significant other. We'll keep you updated on all results regarding explicit details and all that jazz.

LeBron James may have scored a meager two points in the fourth quarter, and no doubt it was because his mind turns to Rashard Lewis exclusively in the final period. But the guy had a triple-double in spite of the fact that Dallas threw everything they had at him in terms of defense. This is all you need to know about this game: It was fantastic. Both teams reached a level of offensive performance we hadn't seen in these Finals, but three-pointers from the Mavs ultimately killed the Heat. Three pointers, Chris Broussard, and Stephen A. Smith. Why exactly are these clowns allowed to talk to NBA players?

For one thing, don't trust any body in Orlando who thinks they're "connected."

Secondly, Rashard literally just got engaged, and his lovey dovey engagement pictures hit the net earlier this week. Granted, it's not like a man cheating on his fiancee is unheard of, but he's not a single guy either.

Besides, even if they are true, LeBron is far from the only player on the Heat going through a personal problem right now. Chris Bosh is fighting a custody battle just so his young daughter can attend a game. Meanwhile, Mike Miller's newborn daughter has been battling for her young life.

Yet, Bosh and Miller seem to be playing pretty effectively. We'd think LeBron would be able to take inspiration from his teammates and put his personal problems, however serious they may be, on the sideline during the game. Which makes us think that these rumors might be pretty baseless anyway. Sometimes, even during the finals, a player has a bad game. That doesn't mean their personal life is crashing down behind the scenes.
